Bert Decker / Decker Communications Blog

I usually don’t hype many things on my blog, unless it’s a relative!

My father, Bert Decker, recently relaunched Decker Communications, Inc. See his story here.

Bert is, without question, the nation’s leading executive communications expert. He invented the "Decker Method" of communications training in 1979, and has trained hundreds of thousands of executives and managers to be more effective communicators. He is a best-selling author and has been featured on 20/20, Wall Street Journal and the Today Show. Today he coaches and trains CEOs, executives and managers in one-on-one or group workshops.

Obviously when he started the company in ’79 "blog" wasn’t even a word. I can remember helping him create ‘cutting edge’ video presentations using an Atari 800 and, and later on an Apple III!

However this time, he’s restarting the company… accompanied with a blog. Welcome him by visiting his blog. And even though it’s early, if you like the subject matter, add him to your blogroll!

You know, I think I finally realized why ‘Decker’ rung a bell… I was convinced it had nothing to do with tools. 😉
