Here are his suggestions, paraphrased:
First: Stand up. (Then jump around.) Go for a walk, go for a run. It’s been proven that upping endorphins opens up the blood vessels, which leads to clearer thinking.
Overcome a fear, and stagnation goes out the window. What scares you? Simply do it. It’s a rush.
Talk to a child, think like a child. Find a child. Get down on the floor with your little charge, and play with them. Live in the present.
Life is a roller coaster. To get through the dips, it may be helpful to remember these tips 😉
I once had a boss who was legendary for cranking a tune at high volume and making us all get up and dance at the crappiest of times. Endorphins are an amazing thing!
